    Vital Wheat Gluten, also known as wheat gluten protein, is a natural high-protein plant protein extracted from wheat flour.
    It is light yellow powder with pure wheat flavor, containing protein content up to 75%-85%. Rich in glutamic acid and various amino acids, it features strong water absorption, excellent elasticity, ductility and thermal coagulation property.
    It is widely used in food processing, catering and feed fields, safe and natural food raw material.
